Due to difficulties with our webhost provider, and technical difficulties with their outsourced server platform our contact forms are not working. This includes our CARO entry online form. This isn't the first time, in fact it has happened 3 times in the last year and our webhost provider has no control, no ability to correct and no interest in doing anything other than apologize for the inconvenience. Offering support 24/7 doesn't help when competent Technical support is only from 9am to 7pm Monday-Friday. The advertised 24/7 support is the Billing Department so they can book new clients and make sure they get paid.
