All our facilities are available for rental to individuals, small groups or organizations and businesses wishing space to train, to run trials or for other special events. Hourly rental rates can be as little as $20 per hour. Contact Debby with your needs to get a great rate!
Indoors we have two training rooms to accomodate individuals, groups and trials of varying sizes and needs.
The Main Room is an insulated, well-lit space measuring 50' x 75' with a ceiling height over 12'. The entire floor surface is covered with thick rubber resulting in good, clean footing suitable for activities such as conformation, obedience, rally obedience or agility trials and training. A 36' x 50' industrial carpet is available, and used primarily for increased footing during freestyle and agility activities. A complete suite of equipment is available including ring gating, tables & chairs, obstacles and sound system. See helper apps for more info.
The Ancillary Room measures 50' x 25' and is heated during the cold winter months. Again, the entire floor surface is covered with rubber matts and well lit. It is ideal for individuals or small groups, as an instruction/demonstration room, or as crating space during trials.

Outdoors we have an 80' x 110' fenced ring primarily for agility activities. The surface is grass over a firm, quick-draining sand base. The ring is ready to go soon after any rains stop, and there is no mud! We have been installing lighting, and can offer extended hours in the spring and fall to make use of the facility in the evenings without having to go indoors until well after dusk.

Just a few outdoor pictures
from the summer. Please be aware that the outdoor ring is seasonal use,
as we move the equipment indoors before the snow. The outdoor season
typically runs from early April to early November.
An Autumn picture, taken as the leaves are changing. Part of the training building can be seen behind the house, with the outdoor ring to the left.. Ample parking is available for events and trials, and RV electrical hookups can be available for overnight camping.
