We are pleased to welcome the CARO Annual General Meeting 2012 to Norfolk County.
The Poodle Farm will be the venue for the Judge's Seminars and two Rally Obedience Trials being held in conjunction with the AGM. The dates are April 27th for the Judge's Seminar and April 28th and 29th for the trials. Further details will be available here and on the CARO website as they become available. A list of local accommodations has already been posted on the CARO site for those wishing to book early.

- April 27th - Judges Clinic
- 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Novice through Versatility
- 1 p.m. to 4 p.m - Working and Working Proficiency Test
- Judges attending - no charge. All others $25.00
- Please note that the entire seminar will be videotaped by a professional videographer on behalf of CARO. No personal video taping will be allowed at the seminar. A DVD will be made available from CARO for a small fee afterwards for those who would like a permanent record, or those who could not attend.

If you feed raw, we suggest the following local butchers that we use for our own crew.
Carl's Choice Meats - Hwy 53 just west of 24.Open Tues-Fri until 6pm. Frozen raw meats, smoked bones. Call ahead to inquire or order. (519) 752- 3055
Vanessa Meats - The Brantford Road in Vanessa. Fresh/frozen specialty cuts such as beef heart, pancreas, frozen offal, etc. (519) 446-3897.
The AGM will be held Saturday evening, following the first trial, starting at 7pm. The meeting location is the Travelodge in Simcoe, which is about 15 minutes from the trial location.
We
have arranged with the Comfort Inn in Simcoe to provide a special rate
for everyone attending the CARO AGM. They have offered a discount
of 20% off the regular room rate if you use this Reservation

points for the stay, in addition to the discount rate. The Comfort Inn
is approximately 15 minutes from the trial location, and conveniently
close to the AGM Meeting location as well as the necessities like Tim's.
